The service was great. Store was probably understaffed and I did not feel it. Maria was controlling the line and pushing things across handling 4-5 tasks at a time. Came and left very quickly.

I recently visited your UPS store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Emily. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for her outstanding customer service. Emily was not only polite and welcoming but also incredibly helpful under pressure. Despite my arrival close to the closing time for notary services, Emily did not hesitate to assist me. She efficiently handled the notary process just minutes before it was due to end and remained with me after hours to ensure all my needs were met, including dispatching documents. Her ability to manage multiple tasks was truly impressive. She adeptly managed incoming customers while assisting me with printing, taking pictures in the desired dimensions, and meticulously putting everything together for dispatch. Her exceptional service not only met but exceeded my expectations and made the whole process stress free.

The young man who helped me yesterday evening, 6/25/2025, at this location had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. He helped me package my item, helped me get the best bang for my buck, and was very transparent with the pricing. I will be coming back to this location because of him.

Never had a bad experience here! I typically go here to mail packages, but I have everything ready to go. Employees have always been friendly, even when busy.

Took the Anxiety away. In the area on business. Had some time to handle a return of Amazon items. It's always stressful to call into Amazon CS. 4 emails, 3 return attachments. Emily was SO GRACIOUS. As an older guy, she assisted me kindly and super fast. She was super nice. Always smiling and reassuring of the process. So wonderful to know that there are CS workers who actually care. Thank you so very much.

The guy working at 5pm on dec 29 was a true pro. He was triaging issues, helping people troubleshoot issues for their print job, and kept the line moving fast with clear communication. Never experienced such competence before
